Don't Want Your Olympic Or Paralympic Tickets?

First there was the scheming, the planning, the spreading bets across the Olympic and Paralympic schedule, then there was the mysterious bank debit for an odd amount of money, then there was the official notification of what tickets you'd got.

Then there was the disappointment that you got diddly squat or only the wildcard event you slung in as a back-up. Or joy that you got everything you wanted. But what if you overstretched your pocket and your schedule and ended up with too many tickets?

It's easy. You can submit them for resale via the official ticketing website from 6 January 2012. If they don't get sold by 3 February you get them back. But there's a high possibility that the people who missed out the first time will snap them up.

Other Olympic ticketing news:

Tickets for the Gymnastics test event at The O2 from 10-18 January are back on sale (£10-£20) and tickets for the Diving test event in the Aquatics Centre on 20-26 February go on sale on Tuesday 17 January (£10-30) so put a note in your diary.

Tickets for the Olympic Football Tournament and Paralympic events are also on sale now.
