There's more than one way to get erect nipples on Hampstead Heath, and not all of them are sordid. A plunge into Parliament Fields Lido in winter might just do it. Find out by joining the Outdoor Swimming Society next month when they hold their December Dip.
The annual event will see an estimated 400 fools hardy Londoners splashing about in the outdoor pool. A brass band will accompany the brass monkeys, and seasonal food and tipples will also be on offer.
