For the third year running, Covent Garden is luring in the Christmas punters with the promise of actual, live reindeer. You can pet them and everything. Remember, it's not cruel to cage animals for public entertainment if they're cute and good for local commerce.
The charismatic creatures are of a non-flying species and can be found in the eastern Piazza today and every Saturday until Christmas Eve. The cervine attraction also includes Santa imposters, offering a festive spectacle that can't be bested this side of...the other side of the Piazza, where you'll find a digital nativity.
