Fan Memorabilia Sought For Nirvana 'Nevermind' Exhibition

Get ready to feel a bit stunned by the passage of time: it's twenty years since Nevermind was released.

To celebrate - or to make you feel old - a special exhibition will shack up at the Loading Bay Gallery, Brick Lane for a fortnight next month.

The exhibition will 'explore the band's relationship with the UK and the history of Nevermind' but what might make it fun is that they're seeking contributions from fans. If you scrupulously tracked down rarities, stalked band members, got autographs, snapped gigs, preserved memorabilia, caught drumsticks or scrapbooked cuttings then your efforts might make the display. Submit a description of your treasured Nirvana mementoes via the website and wait for the curators to get in touch.

There's also a '4-CD/1-DVD Super Deluxe Edition' of the album due to be released on September 19. Dates for the exhibition have yet to be confirmed.
