A couple of the new cameras we used and a commemorative Olympic coin from Panasonic.

Panasonic knows how to lure people to its product launches. The top tier sponsor of London 2012 offered us a ride in a helicopter over the Olympic site in order to test out its new range of cameras. How could we say no?

So off we toddled to Battersea Heliport last week for an unforgettable trip through the skies of London. Our 20 minute flight took us above Earl's Court and Harrow, over north London to Stratford and twice round the Olympic Park. We then followed the river back to base, snapping some of London's most famous landmarks along the way. Have a click through the gallery above for the full photo tour and more information about Panasonic's new Olympic camera range.

Disclaimer: this is not paid-for content...but we got a free ride in a wellichopter courtesy of Panasonic.
