Preview: Face To Face At The Arts Theatre

This post is brought to you in partnership with the Arts Theatre

Get up close and intimate with some of your favourite showbiz names during a special series of live interviews at The Arts Theatre, Great Newport Street.

Celebrating people, ideas and entertainment, 'Face to Face at The Arts' offers an hour of candour, cocktails and comedy with arts broadcaster and literary festival favourite Fiona Lindsay in the host's chair.

Each monthly event is a one-off exclusive and the series begins with Stephen Mangan of Episodes and Green Wing fame on Thursday 19 May at 6pm. Alistair McGowan, Alison Steadman, Raymond Blanc and Sir Michael Parkinson are among the guests to follow, with several big names waiting to be confirmed.

The Arts Theatre first opened in 1927 as a members only club for the performance of unlicensed plays. It was one of a small number of committed, independent theatre companies which took risks by producing a diverse range of new and experimental plays, or plays that were thought to be commercially non-viable on the West-End stage. Today The Arts upholds this tradition and the Face to Face series will help fund this independent and unsubsidised West-End theatre.

The Arts Theatre is at 6-7 Great Newport Street WC2H 7JB.

Face to Face at The Arts tickets are £15. Call 0207 907 7092 to book or buy online (booking fee applies).
