London Street Photography Festival: Tickets Now On Sale

The programme for the inaugural London Street Photography Festival, in and around Kings Cross, has been announced and tickets for events are now on sale.

Alongside diverse exhibitions - note especially London's street markets of the 1940s by Walter Joseph, the enigma that is Vivian Maier and Seen/Unseen by Mimi Mollica and George Georgiou with photos of Londoners taken from buses - there are workshops, photo walks, an Olympic photo-cycle, a chance to explore the V&A collection of street photography, a double bill film screening at Tate Modern and a talk about the British Library's street photography collection.

The finalists of the Student Street Photography Awards have been announced. You can look at the selected photos online. The six will work with with street photographer and editor of fLIP magazine Tiffany Jones and work together to produce an all-expenses-paid group show that will go on show at Orange Dot gallery between 7-17 July.

It's a mixture of free and paid-for events and we recommend booking tickets for the participative events early.
