Defying the dreary English weather, Canary Wharf will come to life with the sound of Latin beats next month, as part of its new programme of public events.
Taking place under the impressive glass atrium of the East Wintergardens, Viva La Dance! promises entertainment and inspiration to ‘Strictly’ enthusiasts and innocent bystanders alike.
Lead by renowned dance artists Doni Fierro and Liz Bayley, those brave enough (and fortified by the complimentary glass of champagne) can try a range of dance styles from Latin America including Argentine Tango and Salsa. For the more timid foot-tappers a wide selection of themed food and drink will be on offer, all accompanied by the infectious rhythms of a live salsa band encouraging you to dance the night away.
