The Big Issue Foundation turns 20 this year. To celebrate, and raise vital funds, they're holding a sleepover event in Spitalfields Market, open to anyone, on 18-19 March.
Organisers are quick to point out that a night under the market canopy is, in no way, intended as a comparison to homeless living. Instead, the evening is a chance to meet Big Issue vendors, share stories, and enjoy live entertainment.
Registration is £30 for individuals or £100 for teams of 4–6, with sponsorship targets of £100 and £1500 respectively.
