London based Alice Palmer specialises in unconventional ways of constructing knitwear. Her show for Vauxhall Fashion Scout presented a monochromatic collection combining stark asymmetry with soft knitwear and looked surprisingly wearable. We loved the creams which softened the cold colour palate, but also the black and whites with bold cuts and shapes which added a tone of futurism to the collection. The models’ neutral lip and heel shades only enhanced this contrast.

Crowd watching was just as fascinating as the action on the runway. Guests were dressed in their finest – bold fabrics and outlandish cuts ruled the day, with most overlooking classic and understated looks in favour of a more dramatic style. We'll bring you some of the best looks later.
