Music Preview: Custom House Records Launch @ Hoxton Bar and Grill

Custom House, brainchild of Richard England (Disturbing LondonTinie Tempah), is ready to make its mark on the world’s music stage. Based in East London, the label is  an interesting mix of eclectic sounds, cutting edge street-wear and banging parties. Custom House comes with all the 'grit and subversity' you'd expect from 'Eastside' and Hoxton Bar and Grill this Wednesday is where you can check out their form.

Taking off from the launch pad are: Glamazonian Rebecca Closure - ' B52's meets Black Lace',  Duo Palm Springs - 'melancholic and slightly car boot electronic',  Mavro - Morcheeba meets Smiley Miles,  The Penny Black Remedy - 'Darkly Comedic and stubbornly genre-defying', The Dogbones - 'primal, sneering, garage punk animal, chewing on a sugar cane of pop with enough catchy choruses to choke a pig. Buzzsaw guitar, 2 drummers and a girl with ants in her pants'.

24th November. Hoxton Bar and Grill. 2-4 Hoxton Square. London N1 6NU. Entry is free but advance booking is necessary
