A quick note — the Blake Birthday party is now full — no more RSVPs will be accepted. (We had a sudden burst of replies shortly after the post was published, and all slots have been taken.)

For accomodation, your best bet is one of the budget hotel chains like Novotel, Ibis, Premier Inn, etc. Check out the reviews to see which one might suit your group and then check out the prices.

National Express coach for £19.90 looks like the most expensive option to me. The fastest way is to take the Underground Piccadilly Line to Kings Cross; then from St Pancras.

Assuming you land at Heathrow, use the National Express coach service from Heathrow to Luton Airport. From there, you’ll be able to get a local bus. One-way cost GBP 19.90

It depends where in London you are travelling from. You could pay £3 to get to the cheapest method.

The London museum is free (they solicit donations, but you can just go in). The rotunda’s glass ceiling is amazing, and they have great collections — try the Egyptian mummies, my favorite.

Hi, I am organizing my mates stag doo. We are going to London, I am trying to keep it on the cheap side given the economic situation, and so we can blow more money when we are down there.
