London born, to Sicilian parents, Antonio Berardi simultaneously trained at Central St Martins and worked as Galliano's assistant in the early 90's. His latest collection is perfectly complimented by the magnificent and elegant surroundings of The Great Hall in Westminster. Ultra-feminine, dreamy, pretty and romantic is what immediately springs to mind, with raspberry reds, khakis and greys bringing things back down to earth. It's the very essence of contemporary feminine chic. The use of orange shoes won our approval, especially teamed with a lovely little red number. The collection was apparently inspired by the art of fencing. We're still pondering that one...

Nigerian/Scottish Bunmi Koko's collection brought a bit of African tribalism to Vauxhall Fashion Scout. Entitled 'Matriarchy' the collection is a bold and colourful celebration of female empowerment and domination. A big pom-pommed figure introduced the show with a war dance before the girls, looking every inch the warrior, stepped out.
