You wait an age for pants stories, then two come along at once: after the Chelsea Y-front ripper yesterday, news comes in that a man in Biggin Hill has been sent to chokey for four months after being caught on CCTV pinching lady drawers from a washing line. When police searched the house of 20-year old Mr. Luke Wicker, they retrieved 65 items of underwear, among them 15 bras and 26 pairs of knickers. Wicker's booty had been taken mostly from the same garden, and it was the victim herself who sprung a trap for the pant-pincher by setting up a network of cameras in her garden to catch him.
