Visit Every Football Ground In London In One Day

In what has to be the most endearingly pointless task we've heard of in some time, a group of sport fanatics are planning to cycle to every football ground within the M25 on a single day (Saturday 5th June, to be precise). That's 22 grounds, for those not intimately familiar with the London football scene. The route starts at Tottenham's White Hart Lane ground at 6am, and over the course of 150 miles takes in Thurrock to the east, Bromley FC to the south, Staines Town to the west, and Watford to the north, via the more familiar destinations of Upton Park, Stamford Bridge, Emirates, et al, before winding up at Wembley for 11.30pm, punctures and saddle-sores permitting. The ride is free to enter; sponsorship not essential, but any money you do raise will go to the Southall Black Sisters.
