Art Preview: Martin Rowson’s Godless Drawings

For eight years, cartoonist Martin Rowson has drawn exclusive covers and illustrations for New Humanist magazine. His cheeky godlessness now gets a gallery airing in a new exhibition starting at Menier Gallery (51 Southwark Street) tomorrow. Creations in Bad Faith sticks the finger up at any deity, demiurge or disciple careless enough to get in the way of Rowson’s atheistic pen. Over 100 pieces will go on show, with the best sold off at a charity auction. If you have a taste for the sacrilegious, or just want to laugh at Richard Dawkins’ minute penis (see above), head to the gallery on 8-12 June from 10am to 6pm.

Very nice, would love to see the whole presentation. Also a good mix of different drawing styles.
