The Hustlers are the original roller dames having started the modern flat track derby movement in the early noughties. The London Rollergirls can claim to be the dominant force in European roller derby but this bout takes things to another level entirely.
Reflecting the hugeness of the occasion is the venue. We're out of local leisure centres and into Excel in Docklands. This is the big time and there's not just the main event to entertain you, although frankly that should be enough. The LRG all-star reserves team, Brawl Saints, will also be battling the Glasgow Irn Bruisers.
Make no mistake, this is a full contact action sport. It's fast, furious and feisty with spades of style, sass and sisterhood soundtracked by non-stop pumping rock and adored and screamed for by ardent fans. Fistful of Rollers promises to be a seriously thrill packed night.
