Preview: New Moon and Cell Mates

artsaveslives.jpg Art Saves Lives hit our radar last October, With their big art raffle. This Friday they launch a major exhibition, New Moons and Cell Mates celebrating the power of art as a means to rehabilitation. All the artists involved have been or still are in prison. The venue? Where else but the Old Police Station, New Cross. Four original plays will be performed at the opening and there'll be live music, poetry and short films. This Friday, 5th February from 7-11pm at The Old Police Station, 114-116 Amersham Vale, New Cross. Exhibition is on until 28 February, open daily midday to 8pm with other events to come. Free entry.
