London fashion weeks' Vauxhall Fashion Scout is a hotbed of fantastic emerging talent. If ever proof was needed of that, then Jacob Kimmie and Doii are most certainly it.

South African born Jacob draws on his experiences of apartheid in his designs, and this Pilgrim collection is no exception. Monochromatic and embellished with the intricate leather work of one time assistant designer to the late McQueen, Ginta Siceva, what it lacks in colour, it more than makes up for in texture and shape. The buzzwords for the collection are spiritual, enlightened, ritualistic - we can go with that, we were so entranced by these exquisite gothic-esque creations that we kept forgetting to take the pics!

Colourful and imaginative, Doii Paris is a London based luxury women’s wear brand founded in 2005 by Korean designer and graduate of Central Saint Martins, Doii Lee. This is the first time Doii Paris has shown in London and each Doii design is carefully created by hand, ensuring only a very limited number exist. The collection is entitled Little Red Riding Hood and there is definitely something of the fairytale in these flamboyant garbs worn by ultra feminine models with porcelain complexions and bouncy curls,
