Hornsey Dog Poo Mum Speaks Out

Dog poo Mum, Penny Steed, is leading a campaign against lax and lazy north London dog walkers who don't clear up after their dog. If you're out and about in N8 watch where you tread - apparently some streets have 10 or 20 turds on them. A crack police squad will patrol on Friday morning, targeting reluctant pooper scoopers, doling out fines and poo bags. Irresponsible dog fouling is, of course, grim. Bad when you tread poo through your home and worse when small children go blind. But poor old Hornsey. First it's written off by a guidebook slur, now thanks to this zealous local Mum, it'll be famous for being covered in dog shit. Only the Town Hall can save the area now.
