Blackheath Morris Men On Boxing Day

One way to blow the turkey and tinsel cobwebs away today is to pay a visit to Blackheath. Not just to take a walk across it but to follow the Blackheath Morris Men on their Boxing Day pub crawl. These guys are old school professing to like eating breakfast, wallpapering and buying shoes and almost all of them have beards. Meet at midday, The Princess of Wales, 1a Montpelier Row for dancing from 12.30. Then onto the Crown, 49 Tranquil Vale from 1.45 and finish up at the Hare & Billet, overlooking the heath, Hare And Billet Rd from 3pm. Then succumb to the pub with a session inside (PS they do great fish and chips there).
