Free Gig: Alexandra Burke Brings Christmas

December 1 means it's officially okay to talk about Christmas without too many grumps narrowing their eyes and telling you off. If you've got a couple of hours free this morning, then the Tower Bridge area is the place to be to get you right into the festive mood. Joining a choir, Christmas trees and some (*stares at the sky*)… made-up snow, last year's X Factor winner Alexandra Burke is set to perform festive hits on Potter's Field from 11am all because a chocolate company with lots of money have asked her to. We're not one to sneer at a) free pop concerts or b) hopefully free chocolate though, so wrap up warm and we'll see you down the front for a lovely bit of Silent Night. We'd much rather hear 'Bad Boys' though please Alex!
