Who Wants A Half Finished Hotel?

The former Marconi building at Aldwych, which has been standing forlornly half done since the developers who were transforming it into a luxury 5 star hotel with sticky outy windows went under, is up for sale. Receivers PricewaterhouseCoopers are offering this "potential trophy" for at least £110m and have apparently already received 100 expressions of interest. Recession? What recession?
