Last night was the official launch party for Sourced Market's first fixed market site, at St Pancras station.

Located at the station's northern end, beneath the soft rumble of Eurostar trains passing overhead as they glide in and out of the train shed, the market offers food from a number of quality providers, who'll be familiar to regulars at Borough Market and farmers fairs: organic meat from Laverstoke Park Farm, juices from Chigworth Farm, gorgeous cakes, and a cheese 'n charcuterie counter. In short: enough to put together your own train buffet, one that's probably better than anything Midland Mainline will serve up.

The market is open from 7am-9pm Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday, and 9am - 7pm Sunday. It's located on the station's ground floor, opposite the First Capital Connect ticket office.
