Will this video be the downfall of up-market fish restaurant Nobu?

You may have seen the hoo-ha in the press about the Michelin-starred restaurant, which continues to serve blue fin tuna despite the species' endangered status. A high-profile campaign that counts the likes of Stephen Fry, Sienna Miller and (obviously) Sting among its supporters has swayed the restaurant into adding a disclaimer about eating the fish to its menu.

Heydon Prowse of Don't Panic magazine now has undercover footage of the waiting staff apparently advising customers that the species is not endangered. Prowse also caused problems for the Old Park Lane restaurant by forcing its doors shut with a bicycle lock.

According to the World Wildlife Fund, stocks of the blue fin could disappear by 2012, and the average size of the fish has more than halved over the past ten years.
