Preview: Q&A with Nick Cave, Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard @ BFI Southbank

Darkness descends on the Southbank on Wednesday 17th June as Nick Cave makes an appearance at the BFI for a preview of “Do you love me like I love you Part 5: Tender Prey”.

“Do you love me like I love you” is a series of 14 short films commissioned to accompany the re-mastered collector’s editions of each Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds studio album, the fifth of which is being given an exclusive screening at this event. The films themselves are the creation of artists Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard and each 40 minute film is a collection of straight to camera pieces from fans and collaborators, including Bobby Gillespie, Barry Adamson and Alan Vega explaining what the songs means to them.

Following the screening, Nick Cave joins Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard for a rare Q&A session with the audience.

“Do you love me like I love you, Pt 5: Tender Prey + Q&A with Nick Cave, Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard” is at the BFI Southbank at 6.20pm on Wednesday 17th June. Tickets are available here and cost £12.90 (concs £9.65).
