Snow Joke: Boris Storms Out Of Commons

The mayor threw his toys out of the pram today during a House of Commons inquiry into the weather-provoked transport chaos in January. Under hard interrogation from a pair of Labour MPs seeking to put the blame on a lack of mayoral response, Boris rose to his feet, called the questions "pathetic" and scarpered mid-reply. Probably not the most mature response, but given that London received the worst snowfall in 18 years, it seems a little unfair to blame freak weather patterns on City Hall.
