Strange sightings in Ladbroke Grove: it seems that Sebastian Faulks has been out spotting "ghost buses". The author and budding NIMBY is the focal point of local protests about bus routes serving the Westfield complex rumbling through their little burb. The cheek of it! He's compiling unofficial data surrounding the popularity of the 228 bus, which he claims is rarely used, and is aiming to petition TfL to remove the service. But we can't help suspect the novelist may have caught our recent report on the real ghost bus of Notting Hill Gate and is using the bus as a bait to hide research for the next installment of his 007 series.
