Good news for all Avenue Q fans. Despite having posted closing notices at the Noel Coward Theatre a couple of months ago, the musical has just announced that it plans to move instead of close on 28th March as planned. Instead all the current cast, including the yummy Daniel Boys, will transfer to Shaftesbury Avenue's Gielgud Theatre once Alan Bennett's 'Enjoy' has finished it's run. The show will reopen on June 1 and is currently taking bookings until September 28. We know some people are feeling duped into buying 'closing' tickets but we're happy once of the most fun shows in the West End continues. After all, what would theatreland be without a song called 'The Internet Is Not Just For Porn.' Highly recommended.
