Spare a thought for Team Londonist who are right now at the foot of Tower 42 about to peg it up top all in the name of Shelter, the homeless charity. You can sponsor them, whilst they're panting, wheezing, sprinting (ha) and/or crawling up those 920 steps. They reckoned 15 minutes should do it. We'll be very interested in their post climb tweet as some very different approaches to 'training' proliferated, starting at very sensible step machines, to taking the stairs at tube stations to sitting in the pub drinking Guinness.
