Londonist has found a new candidate for the job of London's most reviled woman (well, for this week at least). When a chap collapsed in Eltham High Street in December, it is believed that the unknown female anti-Samaritan stole his bag (which actually contained £2,500) and walked off, leaving others to come to his assistance.
