Poet, comedian and ukulele player John Hegley and some of his friends will be entertaining in the Toynbee Studios Arts Bar & Cafe, one of the most pleasant places to hang out on Commercial Street. Vaguely Valentine themed to get you in the mood for whatever distraction you've planned for Saturday's VD, the evening will feature Hegley's trademark poetry full of poignant encounters with domestic violence, familial betrayal, everyday absurdities, dogs, vegetables and epiphanies of one kind or another.
