Stranger than Paradise and the Devil May Drag You Under present a totally whacky evening of, well, we can’t entirely work it out. The involvement of the Forty Thieves Orkestar kind of gives the Balkan game away, but then you’ve got the Ragged Trouser Philanthropists and (no, not THE) Des O’Connor thrown into this highly irregular equation. Add a bit of comedy and a bit more burlesque, and it looks like the perfect formula to drive the drear away. Go. Have fun. It’ll cost you £10 to get in, the event runs from 7pm to 7am, and it’s at The Miller Bar, 96 Snowsfields SE1- just next door to Guys Hospital, between Borough and London Bridge tube.
