Last night, four of Britain’s top chocolatiers - Chantal Coady (Rococo), William Curley, Bill McCarrick (Sir Hans Sloane Chocolate Company) and Paul A. Young teamed up with the fine port providers, Quinta do Noval, for a delicious evening of dessert and port pairings. Held in Fortnum & Mason’s Burlington Room by the Academy of Chocolate, the event served as the official launch of Chocolate Week.
For the rest of this week, Fortnum & Mason will continue to host events, such as “meet the chocolatier” as well as a variety of tasting sessions.
