Failed to get hold of some Leonard Cohen tickets, but want to see some live music on the cheap? Well you could saunter down to the iconic St George's Tavern set on the Commercial Road for the super cool Liar Liar Club's first outing to the East End. Normally found in the increasingly 'too cool for school' environs of Deptford, they are firmly a mod-y, garage punky club with their DJs playing a mixture of US Garage, Psych Rock, Soul, Motown, Beat, Mod, Revival, and Nuggets tracks amongst other things.
