More Woes For Winehouse

Amy Winehouse's mid-song patter has leaned rather heavily on her 'incarcerated Blake' since he was locked up awaiting trial last November. And it doesn't look like she'll be needing a new autocue anytime soon, as her hubby has just pleaded guilty to the assault that has landed him in trouble.

He and his two co-defendants admitted attacking landlord of the Macbeth pub in Hoxton, James King, back in 2006 – and also pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice by trying to persuade him not to appear as a witness. Fielder-Civil could now face several years in jail, which will surely be a blow for wife Amy Winehouse – though it will no doubt be a boon for the tabloid circus that appears to prey on her fragile mental state.

Londonist, however, would like to nip all of those Ike and Tina Turner comparisons in the bud before they start. Yes, they are both bad boys married to soul singers. But at least Ike wrote 'Nutbush City Limits'...
