It's the latest stunt by 'This is a knife' (or thisisaknife as they irritatingly like to call themselves) 'who bring you the internet week in compact form, in a show only available on the web'. The music used sounds like it was created on this computer game i used to have called 'top of the pops' where you could write your own songs. a bit like an early version of garage band.
