Bangers And Maps

Sunset before five, distinct smell of rotting pumpkin in the air: welcome to November. Before we get round to worrying about the Christmas shopping, there's the small matter of bonfire night this weekend. As London invented the anniversary, we'd be remiss in not providing a comprehensive directory of all the organised displays going on around the city. But to save us writing out a very long list, we'll just point you over to Capital Radio, who've mapped the whole shebang (via a collaboration with Zonecontent). Head over to the site for a scrollable, clickable map with full event information. Coverage extends to the whole of England and Wales (Scotland seems to be devoid of explosions), and the nearest event to the Houses of Parliament is the Battersea Park display on Sunday.

Thanks Jon
