With a regularity only seen for bands who have a new album coming out very soon, Radiohead are in the news yet again today and this time it's a quick head up for their fans!
If you haven't already been cheated out of a billion pounds by a tout for Radiohead's Hammersmith gigs in May, then be careful because those pesky touts are trying to sell tickets for gigs that don't even exist.
Radiohead's management have become aware of some people getting rather excited about a July 8 date at Somerset House. Although scratching their heads and frantically checking their diaries, they've today confirmed that this gig doesn't even exist! While we'd totally love to see them in one of the most pleasant concert locations the capital has to offer, don't buy into it. No matter how big a fan you are, and how much you think well it might be a gig, they might decide to do it - it isn't! And they won't!
We can't wait until Somerset House do announce their summer season though. Last year we rocked along to Bloc Party and sat beneath the stars watching romantic movies from the forties. Keep an eye out on the Somerset Summer site for announcements.
