We've already had one 'video games' post today, so we thought we'd add a second and turn it into a bit of a theme.
And what other gaming news is there at the moment that's more important than the imminent arrival of the Xbox 360 on these shores?
Well if you fancy getting your mitts on the new offering from Microsoft (due to hit the shops on December 2nd) complete with curvy design, wireless controls and quite nasty customisation options, then you need to get down to Covent Garden this weekend as that's where the Xbox roadshow will be.
If you turn up at the Mercer Street Studios between 10 and 6.30 on Friday and Saturday, or from 10-7 on Sunday and Monday then you'll be allocated a 30-minute slot in which you can to try out "the latest versions of existing games optimised for the new hardware as well as new titles". The games on offer will include Perfect Dark Zero, Project Gotham Racing 3, and Kameo (Word Up!...oh sorry, wrong Cameo).
If you can't get down to Covent Garden then bear in mind that there are 1,000 Xbox 360 kiosks dotted around in variosu stroes across the country right now. Details here.
