- Northern Line: Trains are now stopping at all stops but still with significant delays. While the Guardian calls the troubles "a symbol of the tangled state of Britain's overpriced and underperforming part-private, part-public transport system."

- Two men suspected of Clapham Common attack, also threatened to beat up another gay man on the same night claims the Guardian.

- The congestion charge is a violation of the Geneva Convention... if you're a US diplomat.

- Scotland Yard's admin staff could be forced to the 'front line' in the event of another terrorist attack.

- Being a millionaire is not as easy as you'd think. The Royal Bank of Scotland says people in London "need £3,471,000 in total" to retire as a millionaire.
