Once upon a time we told you that Mudhoney would be playing their seminal SuperFuzz Big Muff in full at the Barbican this September. Well, that's not entirely true. They will be playing said masterpiece as well as some of their early singles but at the Kokos show on the 16th which forms a part of the ATP (that's All Tomorrow's Parties acronym fans) Don't look Back season.
Don't Look Back is a retrospective of classic works by influential artists with said albums being played in full and then presumably a couple of hits / B-sides / rarities tacked on to spruce up the running time. Amongst the other artists appearing so far are Cat Power, Belle And Sebastian and The Stooges (with line up supplemented by friend of Londonist Mike Watt). With further shows to be confirmed you can check out the bill so far after the break.
We'll keep you posted with new acts as we get them but in the meantime keep your eyes on the ATP site for more details.
