The press are currently having a field day with some comments that Prince Charles muttered under his breath at a photocall at Swiss ski resort with the Heir and the Spare today.
When asked how Charles was feeling about his wedding he joked: "I'm glad you've heard of it anyway", then obviously forgetting there were quite a few microphones around he muttered:
"These bloody people. I can't bear that man. I mean, he's so awful, he really is."
The object of the "awfulness" was poor old BBC's Royal Correspondent Nicholas Witchell - bring back Jenny Bond, I bet he'd have never called her awful. Nicholas Witchell seemed to take the remarks pretty well claiming that Clarence House regret how it all developed.
Charles is probably just grumpy because his stag do was organised by William and Harry and therefore didn't involve lap dancers and being chained naked to the railings outside Buckingham Palace.
