We love you Jose, We Do

murinho.jpgArsenal vs Tottenham is always good value, respective league standings don't really count, the animosity level is always high and they tend to not pass without incident.

This weekends game was no exception with Spurs narrowly being beaten by the Gunners 4 - 5.

Arsenal were coming into this game off of a couple of poor performances and Tottenham were still reeling from the quick exit of their newish manager, but nobody really expected an end-to-end goal fest, with some commentators calling it the game of the season.

There were comments made about how with games like this, "it's no wonder the English Premiership is one of the most watched leagues in the the world" and was touted as a fine example of why football can be one of the most entertaining games in any country, at least when it's like Kevin Keegan is managing both sides.

This does of course leave it up to the Londonists sporting man of the moment, Chelasea Manager, Jose Mourinho, to attempt to force his way back into the headlines, which he duly does.

"Five-four is a hockey score, not a football score."

He fails to mention whether it's field or ice, but he does go on to say that "to get a result like that in a game of 11 against 11 is disgraceful."

Chelsea are two points ahead of Arsenal at the moment.

Two points.

We love Jose, we just don't want to see him get crushed under the weight of his own hubris.
