Greg Dyke Speaks

dyke.jpgThe Londonist is yet to purchase Greg Dyke's "revealing memoir": Greg Dyke: inside story, but it's one of those books we may put on our Christmas list.

As everyone knows Dyke was booted out of his director general's chair at the BBC this year after a little thing called the Hutton Report, and he hasn't shut up about it since.

Apart from the book, there have been numerous magazine and newspaper interviews, a one-off TV programme and, tonight, Greg visits the Peacock Theatre, for a "conversation" with Howard Davies as part of the excellent Orange Word season.

If you want to hear Greg espouse on such sbjects as "the BBC, the government and populist television" you can pick up tickets on the door for £7.
