London is to have a new 'portal'. Currently being put together by a group called London Connects, the London portal will be the "official website for residents, businesses and visitors to the city."
The "sophisticated content management system" currently being designed will, among other things, help Londoners "work out who has towed your car".
Oh well, that's nice of them.
The other aim of the portal is to make it "easier for those living and working in London to access information about services, without the need for them to know which geographical area or unit they live in."
How confused do you have to be not to know which geographical area you live in? Is this a service specifically for really really drunk people?
